The museum I visited was truly remarkable, with knowledgeable and friendly guides who made the tour enjoyable. During the visit, I couldn't help but wonder if there was a peculiar pet named Spot lurking under the stairs, reminiscent of a familiar fictional character. The historical significance and well-preserved architecture of the home in Evansville make it a must-see for anyone interested in Victorian and Gilded Age history.
