I enjoyed eating at the one in Richmond before closing. You must not have any inspectors . Although the food was good the building is run down and dirty. Air and furnace Vents have black soot hanging out. Bath room needs cleaned up. Just not the restaurant that I remembered.

We have eaten most Sunday dinners at Richard's for several years. The food, the facility and the service are always tops!
