I had my heart set on an Oriental chicken salad that is featured at most other Richard's Restaurants in Indiana. It was NOY on our menu, so 4 of us fell back on what used to be their best sandwich - breaded pork tenderloin. One of our group ordered a fish sandwich and the 6th person got a grilled cheese.

What a disappointment!!!! The pork was over-cooked and very tough. When I tried to cut my sandwich in half, I almost asked for a saw. The person who ordered the fish said it was also over-cooked. My pork sandwich tasted like it had been over fried, frozen, then heated in the microwave.

We had to ask the waitress for refills on our drinks and had to ask a different waitress to have our waitress come to our table so we could order dessert. She had brought our bills before asking if we wanted dessert. The she just laid them on the table. We had to figure out which bill was for which person.

Sorry, but I will NOT be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone and this place used to have high quality food and service. They always used to be full for every meal every day. Not any more.
