I went to Rich's today for lunch and tried the beef & noodle special with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. The food and service were outstanding, so I'll definitely be back! The casual atmosphere was great, and I appreciated that it wasn't cold inside like some other places. They even serve true southern sweet tea, which was a nice touch!

Best place ever,,great food and loved our waitress Tiffany. So friendly she made us laugh so hard we cried. You feel like family

Terrible food! My husband and I had cold fries, grease drenched breakfast ham on a "Italian grinder" it didn't have dressing like it stated in the description, two older slices of tomatoes, dry crumbling roll. Cold greasy onion rings. The waitress said she had not seen them make it that way and took the plate away but wouldn't comp the meal. The Pepsi was good. Don't waste you time money or stomach on this place!!!
