Met up with friends for brunch in Nashville at an old haunted hotel-turned-restaurant with a lot of history and charm. The food was great, especially the brunch with fantastic grits, and the staff was attentive and friendly, though the building's narrow halls made maneuvering a scooter a bit tricky. After exploring the gardens and enjoying live music and comedy, I appreciated the nostalgic vibe, but the rustic rooms and limited amenities mean it's definitely a spot for those who enjoy a step back in time rather than modern comforts.

BEST FREAKING BUFFALO WINGS EVER! And I consider myself a bit of a wing snob. I would make the drive again and again just to eat at Story Inn for their wings. Still dreaming about them a month later!
