Started out a 1 hr. 10 minute wait, usual. Finally got seated, and ordered our drinks and starters, Cactus Blossom, Combo Appetizer, and Tater Skins. Got the Combo and Tater Skins, no Cactus Blossom. Ordered dinner, and had to ask about the Cactus Blossom. Got dinner then we got the Cactus Blossom. I had ordered a 12 oz. Ribeye Dinner, the steak they brought me was burnt on both sides and I ordered my steak medium. The Waitress took it back, brought me another and was completely inedible for all the fat. It was unbelievable. No I didn't say a word, just wanted to get out of there. We paid the bill $144.00 plus 20 percent tip. Had no problem with the waitress, she was excellent ðŸ‘. I believe the second Ribeye was deliberately done because my first steak was burnt, and that is all I could taste, not the Ribeye itself. This is my first bad experience at Texas Roadhouse and a ruined Birthday Dinner. Thank you.
