I called 3 times 9/5/20 to place an order they asked me to hold they put the phone down on counter i could hear them talking each time i waited 20 minutes they never took my order over phone. Drove over to the Ugalde's restaurant in Warren IN, the phone was still laying on the counter off the hook, waited and waited the wait staff to busy talking and playing around. Really lousy service any more.

Food is great!! The problem is the service at the Warren location. The watresses talk and joke around and dont even bother to ask if you want a second cup of coffee. I really enjoy their breakfast but the last two visits the same situation of not being asked if I needed a second cup of coffee. Lousy service! !!

Every time I buy an Ace of Clubs I have to ask for bacon to be put on the sandwich. It has always been my understanding that if a sandwich is a club then it automatically has bacon on it, but not here. You have to ask for it and then get charged extra for it. :(
