When it comes to South American and Central American cuisine, there are three key elements to look out for: flavorful beans, amazing salsa, and guacamole with chunks of avocado. The Carne Asada was expertly seasoned, the flan was a hit, and the chicken fajitas and enchiladas were spot-on - making for a satisfying dining experience.
