During a recent trip to northern PA, we unexpectedly discovered a charming tavern/restaurant where we enjoyed a satisfying dinner at a reasonable price with attentive service. The private event we attended at New Mountain Tavern allowed us access to the patio, inside restaurant, and bar, all of which provided a great experience. The venue offered an excellent selection of beers, ample parking, and a spacious outdoor area perfect for relaxation or games, making it a perfect pit stop for travelers like us.

The last four times we stopped here on our way home from Potter county its always closed...was all on different days....yesterday was the last day we will stop because they are simply never open
