Last night, attending a colleague's son's birthday at Priya Indian Cuisine in Lowell, I was captivated by the warm atmosphere, flavorful dishes like malai kofta and butter paneer, and the friendly staff who made the event memorable. Later, taking some takeout home, I found the spicing perfectly balanced in my favorites like chana and paneer saag, and my family enjoyed the variety of breads and chicken tikka masala, making it clear we'll be returning despite the chilly weather and the basement setting.
