Tucked away in a charming garden setting in Mendocino Village, Garden Bakery offers a cozy atmosphere with limited indoor seating and ample space outdoors. Despite arriving mid-afternoon to find a slim selection at the pastry counter, the bakery's mix of traditional pastries and Mexican food, like the turkey empanada I tried, offered a satisfying taste of local flavors.
