This pre-Paczki Day weekend, I explored three bakeries and was eager to start with New Palace Bakery, a renowned spot in Hamtramck. Despite the chaos of their busy opening hour, the deliciousness of their baked goods, especially the Honey Cream Dream paczki, left a lasting impression and made me excited to return for more pastries in the future.

I waited 2hrs on Fat Tuesday. Ordered a dozen but they would not let me pick what I wanted. Prices were high. Will not go back again.
