Me and my co workers been on hold for and hour waiting to order lunch.. Huddle House workers Just sucks today.. Bad business to leave there phone layin there😞

I had a coupon for something at Huddle House. A friend of mine was going to pick up their order and said they would get mine for me because I had been sick and couldn't drive. When they got there to pick up our orders, Huddle House wouldn't let both of our orders be picked up because they said I had to come pick mine up myself. It was ridiculous. The food was ready and sitting on the counter and had to be left sitting on the counter. We sent a complaint to Huddle house headquarters and never heard a thing. The staff were so rude. I don't understand people anymore. This is the first time I ever gave a bad review but it is well deserved and a long time coming. They acted like we were robbing them. There are better places to eat in Bastrop anyway. I will never go back there!
