Every year, we set up our headquarters at this fantastic spot during our hunting trips, enjoying delicious food and cold drinks while indulging in some entertaining games. I devoured a massive 10-ounce steak that was so good it practically demanded to be enjoyed solo-just a sideways glance from the server when I asked for steak sauce! My son, who mostly sticks to fish, was thrilled with the fresh Walleye, and I couldn't help but wish for some Broasted Chicken on the menu to round out our feast.

Sooooo glad to have this restaurant re-opened! The menu is simple, but good! Hot things are hot and cold items are cold - like they should be. The baked potatoes are fully cooked all the way and steaming!
The steaks are done the way you like them and so flavorful. You don't need to add any steak sauce!
As this group gets their feet on the ground with this new place, I hope they will add bread and maybe a dessert (a mint? cheesecake?) to end the meal. Thanks, guys!!

Thought the place had good food even though service was a bit slow. We were staying in town for 5 days and came to realize that if a couple of the people in your group order things like a burger with no pickles or no tomato that it is a big hassle and the cook will go around town telling locals that your group is really fussy. Didn't know that asking for no pickles was such a inconvenience for the cook. Decided we will go to the other bar and grill a couple doors down just so we don't get talked badly about while we are here. Sad because we are in town a few times a year every year working and like to go to different places. If you are in town for one night go ahead and try the place but just realize that the staff likes to talk about you behind your back
