I have a long history with the talented baker who creates delicious treats. Returning to the States from Japan, I look forward to reconnecting with the owner and indulging in Calmoon Bakery's cookies. These treats have a unique taste, being less sweet and more dense compared to typical cookies, a quality I appreciate as it prevents me from feeling sick after enjoying them. Though I primarily purchase these cookies from the grocery store, I wonder if there is a physical bakery location in the Mission neighborhood, as it would be exciting to visit.
