I picked up a to-go order and was pleased with the chicken cutlet topped with mozzarella, which maintained its heat until I got home. The fries were decent, and although I didn't experience the service firsthand, I could tell it was efficient and friendly. Celebrating my stepdaughter's birthday with delicious food and a lively atmosphere made for a wonderful evening that everyone enjoyed.

Had a to-go order from Grumpy Jack's. The chicken cutlet with mozzarella was tasty and still hot when I got home. Fries were decent, and I imagine the service is alright based on the fast and friendly experience despite the busyness.
