I checked out Irish Bob's on a Tuesday night to compare their wings to other local options and found them to be quite good, especially with the $.60 wing special and no minimum order per sauce. My brother and I tried four sauces, with the Sriracha BBQ standing out for its balanced heat and flavor, while the mild lacked punch and the wings were cooked on the crispy side, which I appreciated.
