My husband and I decided to shake up our breakfast routine one Saturday and headed to The Egg in Davidson. Arriving at 8:45am, we found the restaurant quiet at first, but it quickly filled up with hungry diners. The servers promptly took our orders, and I savored the flavors of the Mixed Grill omelet, featuring finely chopped, crispy ham, bacon, sausage, and American cheese.
