Not even worth a 1 star rating. I put only to make sure
people know it wasn't just "missed". I have never, ever,
ever had such poor customer service in my entire life.
EVER!! We got there, had to seat yourself. Ok. Fine.
Waited almost 15 mins for a younger female with brown
hair in a pony tail to finally come out. We order drinks,
and cheese dip. Took 10 more mins for drinks, at which
point chips and salsa were finally brought out. (all other
Mexican places bring these out ASAP). After drinks, 10
mins longer the VERY SMALL VERY EXPSENSIVE, (Sat
out TOO LONG), crusted over cheese dip that was too
thick all the way through front being out probably 3 hrs
before we got there but took us 35 mins to FINALLY get.
Then we ask to order. 2 adults, 1 child. Well, 2 dinners
come out. Last adult left with NO food, chips and salsa
gone. Hmmm, Not right to me to bring out food unless all
done. almost 18 mins later I finally get my plate, Which
was SUPPOSED TO BE CHICKEN burrito. By this time
the other adult and child had already ATE. I take a bite of
mine because after all I'm, hungry. Too my surprise it was
BEEF. NOT WHAT I ORDERED AT ALL. SOOO I wait about
10 mins for her to come out. Tell her its wrong. She takes
my plate back. WELL then the Manager came out. Put that
same plate in front of me and asked what was the matter. I
tell him. That's BEEF. I ordered CHICKEN. He acted like I
should just EAT it. He was extremely aggravated bc
SOMEONE turned a plate back to him. Not my error. HIS
ONLY. While he's back "Remaking" my food the waitress
come back with the Entertainment coupon we gave when
1st arriving telling me that they don't accept them
because it was only Sun-Thurs Only (I had to look very
closely bc it was very very small print at the bottom in
between other letters) OK that's fine. You all messed my
food up, been crappy service. Fine I don't get half off only
1 adult meal. Fine. Don't accept responsibility that you all
SUCK and forgive one coupon error that was an honest
mistake and just take care of it.
Well then about 5 mins longer my food finally come out
while my family has been finished LONG before me. At
that point I was angry at how poorly managed this place
was. I ate one bite. The food was so very blan, so nasty
and had no Flavor at ALL. I did what I've never done
before ever. I told the girl I was not going to pay for that
plate, because it was not good. Next thing I know the
SAME MANAGER guy was at my table absolutely furious
with me. He asked me what was wrong with my food. I
explained to him as above (and in a very nice calm tone,
considering the poor service they have) He got very mad,
grabbed up my receipt they had already laid on my table
before I even got to eat and yelled "FINE Don't worry
about it!" And angrily said HAVE A NICE LIFE!!!! and
walked away. So my bf and son were in complete horror
as to what happened. and my bf looked at me and said
"What in the world just happened?". I said get your
things we are leaving. He said what about paying. I said
Nope he grabbed his receipt and told us to HAVE A NICE
LIFE. I said so we will. We left, I will NEVER EVER EVER
Eat there again. Everyone, I MEAN EVERYONE I've come
into contact with has heard this horrible thing they call
"SERVICE" and I've told everyone TO NOT EAT THERE.
Absolutely worst restaurant experience I've ever had in
my life. Take my advise DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.. Or
Your Money!
