The cooks at Toasted Oaks need to review Cooking Class #101. We love eggs benedict and the ones they served twice represented hard boiled eggs. The sauce was watery and heavy on cayenne pepper. The wait for food is not acceptable. We do not recommend this restaurant. It used to be great when the original chefs were there !
