The first time I went, I tried the traditional ground chuck patty, and it was cooked to a perfect medium-well without having to specify. On my next visit, I opted for the wagyu burger cooked medium / medium-well, but it ended up well-done, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, the burgers, buns, and toppings are all fresh and delicious, especially the chipotle ranch sauce. The fries are seasoned just right and a medium size is more than enough for a group - no need to go for a large!
