I ordered two glasses online and unfortunately, they arrived in poor condition - one broken and the other chipped. Customer service took a while to respond to my return request, but after changing my review and reaching out on social media, things started to look up. The replacement products were quickly delivered and well-packaged, and the staff have been nothing but sweet and efficient - I might just become their most loyal customer!
