I went to long John Silvers today, I ordered the super sampler with 1 chicken and 2 fish and shrimp, then the fish chicken platter. Nope not what I got. I got one piece of chicken and 1 fish with 3 shrimp 2 his puppies. The other order was
2 fish 6 shrimp and 2 hush puppies. I ordered coleslaw with them. What a joke. None of my order was what I wanted but I was 65 miles away
Couldn't take it back. Next time I walk inside if not right I will get a refund go someplace else.

I recently ordered 2 meals (fish and chicken and a 2 pc fish) from this restaurant and only got 1 piece of fish. The whole reason for choosing Long John Silvers is for the fish. I ordered thru the drive thru and drove home (15 miles away) to find that my order was wrong. When I called the restaurant to speak with a manager, rather than making it right and offering customer service, she argued with me. I told her what I ordered and what we got and she told me that I ordered the wrong meals??? Really?? This isn't the first time this has happened either. I love the food there but probably will find another place to order my fish from.
