The sandwiches at this local restaurant are always a treat, especially during the summertime. While I didn't quite enjoy their gluten-free bread, the rest of the menu is delicious and worth trying. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere make it a great choice for a satisfying lunch experience.

Trying to support a neighborhood restaurant, but the service and quality of food have tanked over the past few years. It's just an order at the counter deli during the day and a small restaurant/bar at night. Owner claims it's a wine bar but I don't think having free wine tastings from local wineries in Iowa is very impressive...Iowa isn't known around the world for their wine. The other wines they offer can be picked up for 1/2 the price at HyVee or Sam's Club. The food is sandwiches during the day, pizza or cast iron skillet meals (baked pasta of some sort) or crappy comfort food with salty gravy, fatty meats on instant mashed potatoes. After several attempts, I'm not wasting anymore of my hard earned cash at this place.

I have met my friends at Cellar 19 many times over the past few years and enjoyed the consistently great service and food not to mention the fine wine. My friends enjoy mixed drinks and sitting out on the patio during the nice weather. The people who frequent the Cellar make it feel like a friendly neighborhood establishment. It is worth the trip!
