I found myself passing through Persia, IA on a recent Wed. night. I stopped into the Big House for a quick bite. The food was excellent with a definite "homemade" quality. I had planned to eat fast and hit the road but wound up sticking around for the better part of the night. The staff was friendly, plus they had great live music and a full bar. If you're ever in Persia, stop in. It was a great time!
