The food at Fuji is absolutely delicious, with chefs who deliver both exceptional flavors and entertaining hibachi shows that make dining a memorable experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the robot waiter adds a fun touch by singing birthday songs and engaging with guests. While parking can be challenging and the seating a bit tight, the quality of the sushi and hibachi dishes, especially the S-5 dinner with filet, lobster, and shrimp, makes it well worth the visit.
