The Crab Rangoon was a bit chewy with a thick wrapper, but the egg rolls were hot and fresh, pretty good. The beef and vegetables were tasty with a good sauce, and there was nice background music, although it was occasionally drowned out by the owner's family on speakerphone. When we arrived at 2:15 pm during a busy time, we were the only customers, but the food was amazing and the takeout was fast, especially the Sesame Chicken lunch special with large portions. Despite being from Humboldt with limited experience in authentic Chinese food, I found this to be one of the best Chinese places I've tried - quiet, clean, and with friendly and accommodating staff, though service can be a bit slow.

I waited 2 hours 20 minutes for takeout and then they had the nerve to charge full menu price. Food was cold. Help could have cared less. They kept coming out asking people waiting if they wanted to cancel orders. Go there if you like but know what you're getting into.

Best food in the area and I don't get the comments on the owner as she is extremely friendly and I am not a person of high status in the community. I think people need to go and see for themselves the facts.

We have always loved their food, but last note was awful. I had the sweet and sour shrimp. The shrimp was over cooked and their sauce had no veggies or pineapples in it. What. a disappointment. Also only half a cookie, with no fortune! You should have paid me to eat that meal!

We moved here a month ago from Ky. We ate here within the first week. We were so pleased with the GREAT food and service, that we go AT LEAST once a week! I have no idea why the comments about a rude owner. She is extremely friendly, checks on you throughout the meal to make sure you are happy. My husband always changes what he orders with different sauces than what is on the menu. She has no problem doing it. This is by far the best restaurant in the area! (By the way, we ALWAYS use a debit card and our bill, with tip is around $25.00) and never have a problem. Check this place out, you will be glad you did!

I agree with the others who say the woman who owns changs is terribly rude. Unless you hold some status in the community she totally snubs you.

I have no idea what people are talking about when they say the service here isn't exceptional. I have eaten here at least a dozen times and have never been disappointed. The food is absolutely outstanding,and the service is top notch. By far my favorite restaurant in the area, and for a hundred miles beyond that.

I love the food here! Now that we have that out of the way.... the lady who owns this is VERY RUDE! She doesn't say two words to us and we never get refill on our drinks. If we ask for our drink to go she will charge us for another one! We spent 65.00 one day and i only had 60.00 cash on me so i was going to use my debit card for the rest and tip (for the good waitress ) and she wouldn't let me use it because it wasn't a big enough amount! Funny though we come with our friends that are doctors and she kisses a**

The lady that owns this business is very rude. She is rude to patrons, employees and very nasty. She is disrespectful to patrons. Her service is very poor, slow!!
