I'm sitting here while the poor guy is cooking food and bar tending. Not a very good combo at lunch hour. You need two people in here a day. Waiting for 15 minutes to get a drink is not cool. I know it saves money, but it also costs you when people leave. He is doing a great job, but at the same time he shouldn't have to run around like that. One bar tender and one cook.
