During my recent stay at this hotel, I encountered a few issues such as the lack of luggage carts and a running toilet in the room. However, the comfortable mattress and pillows, along with the pleasant decor and clean tile floors, made up for these shortcomings. The front desk staff was accommodating and the overall experience was positive, despite some minor inconveniences.
