I recently visited West Street Deli for a quick meal before heading to an ISU game and opted for a sourdough sandwich with turkey and vegetables, which was decent but I prefer wheat bread. The service was quick and friendly, and the ambiance felt like a long-standing Ames favorite with cool artwork and ample seating options.
