I've been a regular at this hotel with my family for two decades, and we cherish the memories we've made here. Despite the rise of trendy new accommodations in the area, we find ourselves drawn back to this cozy spot time and time again. The staff, particularly Cameron at the front desk, always go above and beyond to ensure our stay is comfortable - even giving our furry friends plenty of love and attention. The rooms are consistently clean and well-kept, and the breakfast spread is a standout highlight of our visits to Des Moines! The service at this hotel truly sets it apart, with the staff treating us like long-lost friends. It's a great spot to stay, though I do wish there were more chairs in the rooms and the scrambled eggs could use a little improvement.
