Located on the third floor of the State Historical Building, there is a restaurant with a large outdoor terrace and plenty of indoor seating accessible by steps or elevator. The food was delicious, with options like Tacos Carnitas and grilled salmon, and the service was attentive, making for an enjoyable dining experience in the East Village area.
