Whenever Cardinal Corner swings open in spring, my cravings for their icy-cold shakes, crispy cheese curds, and hand-packed mint chocolate chip scoops go into overdrive. The friendly crew makes the wait fly by, whether you're rolling through the drive-thru or grabbing a cone to enjoy at one of their picnic tables, and trust me-the homemade vanilla soft serve tastes like a dream you never want to wake up from!

There's nothing quite like indulging in deep-fried mini tacos and corn nuggets with spicy ranch, especially when washing it down with the best vanilla ice cream around. I love visiting Cardinal Corner in the spring for their delicious shakes and friendly service, and I always look forward to trying their special dark chocolate ice cream on Tuesdays!
