Julie's cafe in downtown Oskaloosa serves up hearty, home-cooked breakfasts with generous portions at a price that's tough to beat. The friendly family running the spot make every visit feel warm and welcoming, and the food is always cooked just right. It's my go-to breakfast stop whenever I'm in town, especially for classic dishes like eggs, bacon, and biscuits and gravy.
