I know just the spot in our small town in Iowa that used to be an old closed down school. It's been transformed into a bustling ballroom and party venue, with the former gym now serving as the dance floor area. The wood flooring is still in great condition, and there's plenty of seating available for a large crowd. Additionally, the bar is fully stocked, complete with two TVs and even a popcorn maker for a perfect night out.
