The recent transformation of this restaurant is truly impressive, with a menu that has returned to its original Pappas Juan's roots and a talented new chef at the helm. I was amazed by how the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group and special dietary needs, creating an off-menu sauce just for us. The margaritas are exceptional, the food is delicious, and the service is flawless-this is definitely a dining experience worth trying again.
