During a road trip from St. Louis to Minneapolis, my wife surprised me with a detour to Riverside, known as the future 'birthplace' of Captain Kirk. We stumbled upon a local restaurant and decided to try it out for lunch. The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and the staff was very friendly, making it a pleasant dining experience in a small town setting.
