Sent our fries back because they were cold. The fries they replaced them with was just as cold. The cheese burgers were also cold. Ordered mocha Fraps and they said base was out and we settled for caramel Fraps.
Won't go there again. This was around 2:30 Saturday afternoon

Always long wait times. During the day when they are fully staffed and swamped is one thing but when its the night shift the service is just terrible. Last time they didn't put a toy in the happy meal, had us pull forward, 15 mins later someone comes out with my bag, receipt stuck to it and absolutely nothing in the bag was for me.
