The open-faced beef sandwich I indulged in was a revelation, accompanied by a generous mound of thick, hearty soup that warmed the soul. The tender, juicy turkey on my Hot Turkey sandwich was smothered in rich gravy, while the mashed potatoes and friendly service made for an unforgettable dining experience that calls for a return visit.

We have ate there since they opened. Always courteous and food is always excellent. Unfortunately we have to find somewhere to eat after 3 pm. You get used to going someplace else, and go there all the time now. Would love to see them come back fulltime.

These hours are wrong, we stopped by yesterday and they said they closed at 3pm, which stinks because we can't ever make it into town until the usual supper time which is 5pm (because of having Type 1 Diabetes, we try to stick to that schedule to not mess my Diabetes up).

And if they ever start church on Sat night again, we wouldn't make it over there until around 6 pm. We used to love the place, but it stinks that the hours are so limited, esp for us who live far out of town.

I have eaten there many times over many years and the food is excellent. I have never walked away hungry. It's our favorite place to eat when family comes from out of town.
The staff is helpful and very friendly.
