07/06/2021 - All Customers are Important?
Their ice cream is good but customer service was terrible the day I stopped. There are 3 windows, no "order here" or "pick up" signs in any of the windows. I went to the middle window. I was the only person at the time there. I stood there for about 3 minutes while 3 teenage girls walked back and forth in front of me. Other people came up and went to the next window and were served immediately. I continued to stand at the middle window and the girls continued to walk by me. I figured they didn't need my business and left. Unfortunately I won't go back because of the poor service.
