The food at Konomi was absolutely delicious, but the service left much to be desired. The confusion over seating and lack of attention to details like cleaning up spills and providing napkins took away from an otherwise enjoyable meal experience.

I just left out the there! I was standing there for five minutes. No one acknowledged me! I let the manager know, he did not understand me. He made several nonsense excuses. I reported this to the BBB! I will not be going to this restaurant again!!!
