After a long day of hiking, Mainely Meat BBQ in Bar Harbor, ME really hit the spot with its delicious, authentic barbecue and generous portions. The laid-back vibe and friendly service made the whole experience even better, especially with standout dishes like the pulled pork sandwich and dry-rubbed ribs that practically fell off the bone. Parking can be a bit tricky when it's busy, but the mouthwatering food and relaxed atmosphere make it totally worth it-I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

It is a wonderful family restaurant. The menus depicted on this site are very much outdated and they no longer serve breakfast. There is a full bar located outside on their beautiful deck. This place is a gem and should be on all MDI visitor's list of things to do.
