The Pepper and Salt Tofu dish at this restaurant is truly outstanding, with a perfect balance of crispy texture on the outside and tender inside. As a vegan, I appreciate the great menu options available, such as the flavorful Shrimp Fried Rice. The service is excellent, making it convenient for take-out orders, and the food quality consistently impresses with each visit.

Food is as close to the Chinese food in my home state. For Texas I give it a 5.
