I enjoyed the chicken cheese steak soup and decided to order it again. My daughter selected a couple of options from the kids menu, and we found the prices to be reasonable with generous portions. The staff was very friendly, and I particularly loved the peanut butter pie, which was one of the best pies I've ever tasted.

Ate here on 4/11/15. I have frequented this business many times with co-workers and with family. Last night there were 10 family members who got together to have a nice dinner. Half of us had been to the Gravity in the past and were very pleased with everything. For the other half of our group it was a first time visit and I am sure they will NOT want to return. However, last night was a BIG disappointment. The service was slow. Both the waitress(es) and the cook got our orders wrong. Not only wrong food prepared but when we got what we ordered it was to wrong individuals, the two easiest dishes were served last when of the rest of our group were already half way through their meals. There was one individual in our group who walked with a cane and had oxygen. No one offered to open a door or move a chair for her, everyone included staff just stared. After raving about this place the ones of us who had been here before were embarassed that we suggested going here. On the positive side the food was excellant. We had two waitresses. One of which was working her first night. In her defense, she should not have been given a group of 10 on her first night. Had the other waitress not pitched in to give her a hand, I think she would have walked out. She smiled and apologized for multiple mistakes by herself and the kitchen but you could tell she was very flustered. I know my family will NOT want to go back. It is sad that a place that has been so enjoyable for some of us in the past can so quickly deteriorate.
