The food at Pho Tai exceeded my expectations, particularly the savory pho and flavorful egg rolls, which I would gladly order again. The service was friendly, and I'm eager to explore more items on their extensive menu during my time in Rochester, MN.

The new owner_server has an attitude. very rude & and had bad temper. Since when a restaurant charge you for a cary out box ? With the past owner ,one can call ahead what one wants, before one arrives to save time. now they charge you for cary out , that means The Foam box too.In a serving business , Words of Mouth Advertising Are more powerful than TV or Radio ads. you need customers ,if you want success!
