Dear IHG Hotels & Resorts, I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service my wife and I received during our stay at the Holiday Inn on University City Blvd. Despite a hiccup with the Stargazing Music Festival deal, the professionalism and kindness shown by Patricia at the front desk truly made a difference in our experience. Additionally, the upbeat and welcoming attitude of Felice at the bar added a touch of humor and warmth that we greatly appreciated. The overall cleanliness, safety measures, and friendly staff at your hotel made our stay truly enjoyable, and we look forward to returning in the future.
