One of the best pizza in the area! I like to switch in between pizza and calzones. The steak calzone is amazing and it's huge! It lasts for two of my meals! Servers are always nice and the food has always been on spot! I highly recommend this place!

Great food each timer we order. I don't think they make any bad meals.

The food I always get is delicious the only problem I had was when I order off the kids menu the drink and fruit of the day never comes with it when delivered

Very disappointed I called tonight to order a calzone which is $ 8? and they have changed the rules, you now have to order $15 worth of food, then they charge you $2 delivery, and by the time I give a tip that would be $20 spent, just for one person, I'm not even a mile away

WOW!!! Let me start by saying i have visited Italy on multiple occasions. I frequent European nations to boost my self-image and wallow in their estranged glory. This being the case, Franks pizza is easily my favorite pizza and quasi-Italian eatery in the northern hemisphere. (I say northern because no culinary destination matches the resilient glory and fortitude of the South African executive capital of Pretoria.) Franks Pizza is the only local restaurant that understands the value of pizza. Their prices are unmatched; Easily the most expensive in the area. Franks in the ONLY place who's meatballs make my cats sufficiently jubilant. All other similar local destinations fail to impress Cotton, Mrs. Butterworths, tabitha, Mittens, Maurice, Dequan, Pickles, Oreo, Sophie, Belle, Gus, Cookie, Black Panther, Lucky, Muffin, Snowflake, whiskers, Jane Austen, and Nephrotiti, My cats. In conclusion, GO TO FRANKS. they will treat you in the same regard as the sales representatives at your local Bloomingdale's (or Nordstrom if you're a fashion novice).

Franks Pizza in Salem has officially lost a loyal customer. They have now decided to stop delivering to us, a whole 4 miles away, even though they HAVE BEEN DELIVERING. Reason we were told "the driver doesn't want to go out there". Response when told they were losing a repeat customer " Sorry to hear that" and nothing else...no offer to resolve the issue, no further explanation. I hope the driver knows he lost a $10 tip and thanks to this driver (supposedly) making the executive decision to not deliver to us, this store lost god knows how much money from a repeat customer.

Food is okay; but those prices!!! I was just charged $32.27 for an X-LARGE Veggie Pizza. When I questioned the boy ringing it up, I was told it's a $14.95 pizza, plus $1.75 per item. Their menu lists a LARGE veggie pizza for $19.95. The X-LARGE is NOT worth $10.00 more. When I called back to talk with the manager, she said that's the correct price and became combative, curt and overly defensive. I would recommend Mamma's Pizza or Salem Pizza, actually better food, and as I now realize, better service, too.

Love the thin crust pizza! The cheese is the best and the sauce is very tasteful.
My favorite appetizer is the toasted ravioli.
Great service and the restaurant is always clean!
