I have had several problems with this branch. They can not get your order straight to save their lives. I'm sick of them taking my order and its right on the screen then i get my food and its wrong. I come through the drive thru when I come there so I don't have time to sit there and go through my bag to make sure my order is right before I drive off(esp. when there is a line behind me) . There is a reason its a drive thru. How damn hard is it to put the right stuff in a bag and the WORKER at the window make sure its right before giving it to a customer ? I mean come on !! They complain they don't make enough money at fast food places ? You can't even get an order straight ! I can see, to a point, if its busy and you are understaffed, however, the times I have had this problem either I am the only car or there is only 1 or 2 more. I have paid a higher price for what I ordered than what I received. I think you need to do a better job training and supervising your staff. Its unreal that we can't trust coming and getting our correct food and in a timely fashion. Which is another issue all together. The drive thru is supposed to be quicker but yet I have waited a long time for my food and it wasn't busy. I feel people are doing as they please, talking and don't care if we wait or get our correct order. If I have 1 more issue then I will stop coming there completely. It is completely ridiculous.
