I've been enjoying the authentic New Mexico green chile dishes here, like the pork posole and stuffed sopapillas, which remind me of home with their bold flavors and generous portions. The friendly service and roasted-on-site green chiles make every meal a real treat, whether it's their enchiladas, green chile burgers, or those amazing sopapillas with honey to finish.
