Met our family at BJ's for a birthday party. Reservations were made, we were seated. Bad thing was a few of our drinks orders were 15-20 min late, and a few at our table didn't receive it at all and had to tell waiter again and theirs were 30 min late. When food finally came my prime rib dip, and young child and another male food was missed.
Had to wait for it to be made. Then when we were ready for our ticket, the waiter was confused and tried to take care of all our tickets which were 3 separate tickets and took a total of 30 min trying to leave and complaining several times that we would like to leave and with several young children and a 20 month old was difficult waiting and had to take the infant out to car with his father as we were waiting for ticket. Had to get mgr to take care of this matter. She went to get the ticket and took care of it she did a good job and apologized but with such a long wait and food & drink issues, we will not return. Some items are over priced as well. Terrible service!
